Women’s Respite Accommodation with flexibility
As many women aim to have their own home, there is a lot of flexibility in how long the resident could stay, with a written agreement being negotiated. However, 4 weeks rent would form the cash reserve for periods longer than one month. 21 days’ notice seems fair to all.
Power, gas and water costs $30/week after being divided among residents based on the average of previous years unless the consumption increases more than the usual baseline. When the flat residents have tended to use the air-conditioner more over the summer and winter, they have incurred an extra $25/month.
